    - Bachelor's degree of anyfield related
    - Significant experience (5+ years) in sales or business development, preferably in the cross-border services industry, with a focus on logistics (especially Myanmar).
    - Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving the sales process from planning to closing.
    - Strong business acumen and Logistics industry expertise.
    - Successful previous experience in leading and managing teams of operations effectively.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and sell to senior-level stakeholders.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
    - Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
    - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    - Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
