    Product: Raw materials(Oil) for cosmetics

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Customer Visits with distributors – Work closely with local distributors to visit customers, build strong relationships, and conduct needs analysis.
    - Customer Information Gathering – Collect detailed information from customers regarding their requirements, feedback, and market trends.
    - Feedback to Japan Headquarters – Accurately report and communicate customer needs, market insights, and business opportunities to the headquarters in Japan to support decision-making and product development.
    - Market Development Support – Assist in identifying potential new customers and business opportunities in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical industries.
    - Other related tasks as assigned

    Remark: Direct travel to and from customer visits is allowed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in any field
    - Experience in handling fine chemical raw materials, particularly cosmetic and pharmaceutical ingredients
    - Prior experience in sales or strong motivation to meet customers directly.
    - Good command of English (Level 4 or above)
    - Driving license
    - Able to accept new set-up company

    - Experience in the food ingredient sector is also welcomed as a secondary focus.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and partners.
