    [Job details]
    - Sales team management (managing, mentoring for four subordinates)
    - Planning and executing sales strategies, setting sales goals, and managing progress
    - Researching new sales channels and market trends, and collaborating with the marketing department
    - Training staff to improve product understanding and proposal skills
    - Visiting customers, presenting prototypes and new products
    - Reporting sales to superiors and management, and making improvement proposals
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - English business level or above
    ‐ At least 7 years of sales experience in the food industry (commercial food, ingredients, dairy, etc.)
    - At least 3 years of staff management experience
    - Driving license and own a car

    【Advantage】
    - Sales experience in raw materials such as cheese and dairy products
    - Sales experience in supplying hotels, restaurants, bakeries, food manufacturers, etc.
