    【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
    - Playing a part in demonstrating Sales record, the initiative to acquire new customers, recommend solutions and execute sales is required
    ‐ Assists Sales Manager and completes assignments being assigned by superior
    - Supervises and monitors Sales Executive including Commercial Executive’s task being able to strongly negotiate with suppliers and customers
    - Partially plans, organizes, direct and controls the daily sales operations of the group towards achieving targets for the department
    - Customer-related responsibilities include:
    • Sales of products through specialized knowledge of the products, along with deep understanding of customer needs
    • Supporting accounts through daily communication with suppliers and customers involves regular visits to customers
    • Performing delivery planning, following up with and resolving shipment issues
    • Resolving quality issues, ensuring products meet customer specifications
    • Following up on customer payment status
    - Works closely with Sales coordinator to serve the best service to customer and supplier
    - Makes sound business decisions regarding individual customer accounts, and implements/reviews internal policies and programs pertaining to specific functions, upon approval from the Sales Manager
    - Achieves monthly sales targets, and produces budget reports of orders and sales
    - Monitors stock level regularly
    - Negotiates long term stock to customer and reported to Sales Manager
    - Seeking ways to create new revenue streams at every possible opportunity
    - Analyzing market trends in Thai including Regional Automotive Industry
    - Enables to monitor all subordinates to achieve organization’s goals

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in any field
    - Sales experience more than 3 years in trading firm or manufacturing (Industrial products field)
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Good command of English
    - Have driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Technical and Product knowledge of Procurement in Automotive Industry is preferable
    - Having good Communication and Negotiation skills
    - Able to travel, including overseas travel is compulsory
    - Computer literacy, with skills requirement: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SAP
