• Support senior sales staff in managing accounts and developing new business.
• Learn about steel products (e.g., hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized) and their applications across industries such as construction, manufacturing, Home appliance and automotive.
• Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and trade shows as needed.
• Accurately enter and manage data in CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Strive to meet sales goals and performance benchmarks under guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economic, Engineering, or a related field (new graduated welcome).
• Experience in B2B Sales / Coprate Sales
• Strong interest in B2B or industrial sales and a willingness to learn the steel and metals industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with business support software ex Tableau is a plus.
