Job Description
Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Coordinating employee benefit programmes and payroll processes
Managing general administration tasks such as supplier management, facility maintenance, and office operations
Supporting the HR&GA Manager in strategic HR initiatives and continuous improvement
Providing guidance and mentoring to junior HR&GA team members
ISO IATF16949, 14000, 9000, and other systems depend on the customer, headquarters, etc.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR&GA role, preferably in a manufacturing field
- Strong HR generalist skills with expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent management
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC 600 up) or Japanese (N3 up)English Level
