Job Description
- Analyze the company's objectives and business directions and develop comprehensive HR plan
- HR strategy policy and procedures including develop HR plan
- Identify HR related issues and develop a practical and innovative solution for both short and long term plan
- Advise of HR All Branch
- Responsible for employee relation including Labor union coordination.
- Cooperate with all department concerned.

- Experience of HR Manager or Assistant Manager at least 3 years
- Working experience in the company with over 200 employees
- Experience in labor union negotiationEnglish Level
