    - Analyze the company's objectives and business directions and develop comprehensive HR plan

    - Cooperate with all department concerned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 10 Years of HR experience(Payroll, Labor management, Training, Recruitment, etc.)
    - Experience of HR Manager or Assistant Manager at least 3 years
    - Working experience in the company with over 200 employees
    - Experience in labor union negotiation
