  • Job Description

    - Identify and secure major access control and security projects across government, enterprise, and data center sectors.
    - Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and project developers.
    - Manage the entire project sales cycle, from specification and tender participation to order closing and handover.
    - Promote advanced security solutions, including access control hardware, door units, enterprise platforms, and other Grade 4-certified systems.
    - Provide technical consultation and commercial support to clients, ensuring solutions meet their security needs.
    - Collaborate with internal product, presales, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    - Represent the company at trade shows, conduct site visits, and participate in industry forums to enhance market visibility.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
    - 3+ years’ experience in project sales (CCTV, access control, ELV, building automation) with proven success in large-scale government and enterprise security projects. Expertise in biometric, AI-driven, and high-end access control systems.
    - Strong skills in project management, tender/procurement processes, full sales cycle management, and stakeholder relationship building. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
    - Deep market knowledge of Thailand’s security industry, regulations, and sector trends (e.g., data centers, government), supported by a strong professional network.
    - Languages: Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin or Vietnamese a plus.
    - Preferred certifications: PMP, sales training, or security certifications (e.g., ASIS).
