  • Job Description

    - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the semiconductor industry.
    - Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities in the process and utility engineering systems in other niche market or industries.
    -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    - Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, manufacturing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
    - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
    - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    - At least 8 years of experience in a project sales role within the semiconductor industry and F&B.
    - Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
    - Must have a own car.
