【Job Description】
- Fully support customer and relationship building
- Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customer after sales
- Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance servicing of machines
- Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
- Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation
- Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required.
- Other needed task

Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in engieering background or related
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Have experience and knowledge about resistance welding such as spot welding and seam welding
- Having a car license and own a car
- English of Business levelEnglish Level
