Job Description
- Develop sales plans, present, increase sale plan, sales proposals, and close sales.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales.
- Expand and maintain their customer base, driving increased Company profile in the market.
- Meet with customers and be responsible for sales tasks. (visit clients 2-3 times/week)
- Solve problems and take responsibility for bidding projects from new customers, ensuring sales targets are achieved as set by the company.
- Provide consultations to customers, collect customer information, and coordinate with customers and project consulting companies.
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the industrial or MEP construction sector
- Conversational English skill, and computer literacy (equal to TOEIC 550)
- Own a car, having driving license
- Be ablet to work at least 2 Sat/month

- Ability to review project status and key points
- Having connections with consultants, non-Japanese general contractors, and factory ownersEnglish Level
