    ■Sales(80%)
    - Develop new relationships with customers (tenants and buyers)
    **It is also possible to develop foreign companies and customers
    - Marketing activities using SNS (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    - Propose properties, coordinating and guiding viewings
    - Market research and market analysis of properties
    - Preparation and confirmation of contracts
    - Follow-up with customers after contracts (after moving in and handing over)
    - Handle complaints Handling of complaints

    ■Interpreter(20%)
    - Interpret conversations between the Japanese MD and Thai staff during internal meetings
    - Translate documents between the Japanese MD and Thai staff
    *External interpreters or translation services are generally not used

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Have driver license & own car
    - Being passionate
    - Japanese conversational level (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Have about 1 year experience of sales in real estate

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    Japanese
