งานจัดการการขาย- วางแผนกำหนดงวดการส่งมอบน้ำตาลชนิดต่าง ๆ ตามโควต้า ก. ให ้กับตัวแทนขาย (Agent) ในประเทศติดตามและปรับปรุงข้อมูลยอดการส่งมอบใ ห้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กำหนด- ดำเนินการตามแผนการขายน้ำตาลดิบโควต้า ข. ทุกประเภทผ่านตัวแทนขาย (Trader) เพื่อส่งออกไปต่างประเทศ- นำเสนอการขายน้ำตาลโควต้า ค. (น้ำตาลที่ผลิตได ้ทั้งหมด – น้ำตาลโคว ต้า ก. และ ข.) ผ่านตัวแทนขายต่างประเทศ ให้เป็นไปตามงวดที่กำหนดและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ- ควบคุมและติดตามยอดขายรายเดือนของสินค้าทุกประเภท ทั้งโควต้า ก. โควต้า ข. และ โควต้า ค. ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด- ควบคุมการขายน้ำตาลโควต้า ก. จากหน้าโรงงาน ให้กับตัวแทนขาย/ยี่ปั้ว (Agent) ในพื้นที่และจังหวัด ใกล้เคียง ได้แก่ พื้นที่จังหวัด อดุรธานี ขอนก่น ชัยภมิและสกลนคร โดยตรวจสอบยอดการขายประงวด ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กำหนด - ออกเยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้า (ตัวแทนขายและรายย่อย) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อรับทราบ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการทำงาน รวมทั้งรักษาความสัมพันธกับลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมองานควบคุมการจัดส่งสินค้า- จัดทำแผนงานส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามข้อดกลง และประสานงานฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ เพื่อให้การจัดส่งสินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าตามเวลาที่กำหนด- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการส่งออก และการจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับการส่งออกให้ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ในเวลาที่กำหนด- ดรวจสอบรายการส่งออกของเมื่อวาน และการตัดยอดสินค้าในสด็อก สรุปยอดคงเหลือให้เป็นปัจจุบัน- ส่งแผนและยอดปริมาณส่งออก ให้ฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพดรวจสอบสินค้า และฝ่ายคลังสินค้าจัดเตรียมสินค้า เพื่อจัดส่งสินค้าให้ทันเวลาที่กำหนด- ประสานงานการวางแผนการขนส่งสินค้ากับ Agent Trader ผู้รับจ่างขนส่ง (Shipper) ชิปปีง บริษัทประกันภัย ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงกับลูกค้า- ควบคุม ดรวจสอบการจัดทำเอกสารพิธีการทางศุลกากร เช่น ใบอนุญาดส่งออก (แบบ อ. 4) ของผู้รับจ้างช่วงขนส่ง ชิปปิ้ง บริษัทประกันภัย ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันเวลา- ดรวจสอบสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายด่านโลจิสดิกส์ทั้งหมด เช่น ค่ารถหัวลาก ค่าเซ่าโกดัง ค่าประกันภัยสินค้า เป็นต้น ให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง เพื่อส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินดำเนินการต่อไป- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า เพื่อเดรียมการขนส่งสินค้าให้ทันภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เพื่อให้สืบค้าไปถึงจุดขนย้ายอย่างน้อยล่วงหน้า 5 วัน ก่อนกำหนดลงเรือ- ควบคุม ดูแลการจัดสินค้าเข้าโกดังที่ท่าเรือเพื่อการส่งออกให้เรียบร้อย และใช้พื้นที่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ- คัดเลือกบริษัทขนส่งที่มีผลงานและคุณภาพบริการที่ดี เพื่อรับงานประมูลขนส่งน้ำตาลไปต่างประเทศ และในประเทศ ให้เป็นไปดามคุณสมบัติที่บริษัทกำหนด และน่าเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณาอนุมัติงานเอกสารและรายงานขาย- ดรวจสอบสรุปตัวเลขยอดขายประจำเดือนของเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขายทุกคน และจัดทำสรุปรายงานยอดขายทั้งหมดรายเดือน ไตรมาส และประจำปี เพื่อเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา- จัดทำสรุปสัญญาซื้อขาย ชื่อลูกค้า ประเภทสินค้า ราคา เงื่อนไขการชำระ เสนอผู้บริหารลงนามตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด ให้ถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ และครบถ้วน- สรปรายงาน กน. 13 แจ้งตัวเลขสต๊อกน้ำตาลที่คลังสินค้า ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ส่งศูนย์บริหารการผลิด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอ้อยและน้ำตาลทราย (สอน.) ทุก ๆ 15 วัน
