  Key Responsibilities:
  ●Marketing Strategy Development
  ‐ Develop annual marketing plans and promotional strategies for all store locations in alignment with the company’s goals.
  - Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and competitor activities to inform marketing direction.
  
  ●Campaign and Event Management
  ‐ Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
  - Coordinate closely with store operations and other departments to ensure successful execution.
  
  ●Marketing Communication (Online & Offline)
  ‐ Manage all communication channels, including advertising, branding, social media, website content, and collaborations with influencers/KOLs.
  - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  
  ●Team Management
  ‐ Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and growth.
  - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team outcomes.
  
  ●Performance Tracking and Reporting
  ‐ Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI; provide analysis and improvement recommendations.
  - Prepare regular performance reports for management.
  
  ●Partnership Coordination
  ‐ Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
