[Job Summary]- Provide guidance and consultation to the team to ensure smooth workflow.- Update manuals for stores and oversee overall sanitation management.- Check the accuracy of team documents (e.g., manuals and work-related materials).- Manage customer complaint handling.- Develop and improve team's work processes.- Edit and produce videos, such as videos about hygiene.- Responsible of any jobs that may be assigned
