工作内容
-Executing talent and succession policies to ensure a ready pool for current and future business needs.-Plans and develops training and development programs for talent pool member.-Organize and coordinate the Assessment Center according to plan with well informed through effective communication.-Manage and support all related activities on all related organization development project such as Culture transformation including communication, leadership development, process and system, organization and structure etc.-Data Management and Reports: Responsible for managing HR data and reports related to HRD work.-Be an internal instructor, develop a training course and activities.-Perform any other ad-hoc HRD duties & projects delegated by supervisor.
