  • 工作内容

    Recruitment & Onboarding
    - Develop and post job descriptions for open positions.
    - Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.
    - Coordinate with team leads to finalize hiring decisions.
    - Prepare offer letters and contracts.
    - Conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

    HR Administration
    - Maintain employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, etc.).
    - Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) for management.
    - Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leave deductions) with finance.
    - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain required documentation.

    Employee Engagement & Relations
    - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
    - Organize team bonding, training sessions, and employee recognition activities.
    - Handle grievances and mediate conflicts when required.
    - Support in building a positive and motivating work culture.

    Performance Management
    - Assist managers with setting performance KPIs and evaluation systems.
    - Support probation reviews and annual appraisals.
    - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback systems.

    Compliance & Policies
    - Draft and implement HR policies (leave, code of conduct, WFH, etc.).
    - Ensure adherence to Thai labor law (contracts, probation, termination, social security contributions).
    - Monitor health & safety requirements.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Minimum 2 years of HR experience
    - Good command of English (verbal and written) for communication.
    - Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
    - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    - Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team.
