  • 工作内容

    - Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the customer’s environment.
    - Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution.
    - Coordinate and manage project implementation activity with customer project team.
    - Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations.
    - Implementing and qualifying the integration products with customer’s applications
    - Assisting our customers to deploy the solution on-premises or remotely.
    - Advise customers to automate the process to improve efficiencies and streamline processes.
    - Documenting the undertaken activities
    - Provide the trainings to customers on the respective applications usage.
    - Provide pre-sales support when needed.

资格

  • 应征条件

    General
    - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
    - 2+ years of relevant experience.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
    - Team player with the ability to work independently.
    - Willing to travel for project delivery (approx. 40%, including weekends/overnight) and training/conferences abroad (approx. 5%).

    Hard Skills
    - Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
    - Windows Server (2019, 2022) administration.
    - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
    - Database management (MS-SQL, Oracle).
    - Computer networking.
    - OS administration (Windows Server, Linux, AIX).

    Soft Skills
    - Positive mindset with good personality.
    - Strong problem-solving, logical and sequential thinking.
    - Good teamwork and collaboration.
    - Self-learning and adaptability.

    Advantages (Nice-to-Have)
    - Experience in banking/financial applications (especially EastNet, Axway, Swift).
    - Exposure to AML and cybersecurity.
    - Experience in pre-sales.
    - OS-related certifications such as:
     • IBM AIX: IBM/AIX System Administrator
     • Microsoft Windows: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/801), Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
     • Red Hat Linux: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (EX200)
