Department: Human Resources
Summary:
As a vital member of the company’s leadership team, the HR Manager will work closely with the company’s executives and functional leaders to develop and manage the company’s entire HR function. You will assist in developing, implementing and driving solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. HRBP (Human Resources Business Partnering)
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes
- Analyze data and reports to identify causes of personnel issues and propose improvements
- Build morale and retention, instill company values
- Drive culture and inclusion programs
- Coordinate and manage employee reward and recognition programs
2. HRM (Human Resources Management)
- Oversee HR and administrative operations (salary, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, internal policies)
- Analyze and improve compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance
Manage HR staff
- Support expatriate employees (visa, tax)
- Execute recruitment activities (job postings, interviews, candidate communication, agency coordination)
- Handle complex staffing duties (dispute mediation, dismissals, disciplinary procedures)
- Prepare personnel forecasts for future staffing needs
3. HRD (Human Resource Development)
- Support performance evaluation and objective management systems
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives (internal events, surveys, 1-on-1 support)
- Analyze training needs and design employee development and safety programs
- Educate employees about available resources for personal and professional development
4. General Administration (GA)
- Support expatriate employees (visa, tax)
- Execute recruitment activities and manage onboarding/offboarding
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
- Supervise general administrative services (office rental, car rental, office supplies)
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Provide information about policies, job duties, working conditions, promotion opportunities, and benefits to current and prospective employees
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in HRM/HRD and administrative operations (especially with experience supporting foreign employees)
- Experience in manager level
- Good command of English
【Advantage】
- Experience in HRBP roles or coordination with business departments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement improvements.
- Native-level Thai and business-level English proficiency.
- Experience using HR systems is a plus.
