Department: Human ResourcesSummary: As a vital member of the company’s leadership team, the HR Manager will work closely with the company’s executives and functional leaders to develop and manage the company’s entire HR function. You will assist in developing, implementing and driving solutions for the organization. Responsibilities: 1. HRBP (Human Resources Business Partnering)- Act as a bridge between employees and management- Participate in cross-functional projects- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes- Analyze data and reports to identify causes of personnel issues and propose improvements- Build morale and retention, instill company values- Drive culture and inclusion programs- Coordinate and manage employee reward and recognition programs 2. HRM (Human Resources Management)- Oversee HR and administrative operations (salary, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, internal policies)- Analyze and improve compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and legal complianceManage HR staff- Support expatriate employees (visa, tax)- Execute recruitment activities (job postings, interviews, candidate communication, agency coordination)- Handle complex staffing duties (dispute mediation, dismissals, disciplinary procedures)- Prepare personnel forecasts for future staffing needs 3.
