Coordinate with Shipping Agency, Vendors and Suppliers• Coordination: Schedule carrier pickups, track shipments, and communicate status updates to customers/teams (Sales/Service/Admin).• Inventory: Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and general warehouse organization.• Following up customer payments, contact factory about shipment and customers/teams.• Updating seminars or events to the teams• Issuing invoices, receipts and billing notes with SAP.Area and scope of responsibility • Photography• Maintain cleanliness of all 1st Floor areas (Office) including cubs, coffee machines, etc.• Handle information board and sharing.• CCTV monitoring, Entrance & Exit control.• Others duties as assigned

1.Respond the incoming calls and emails from customers on products ordering enquiries.2.Enter sales order, prepare invoice and arrange daily goods delivery with local, outstation & oversea transporter. Allocate goods and ensure correct item and quantity is picked and packed by warehouse.3.Follow up customer payment, cheque collection and bank in during month end. Liaise with customers on any defective/damaged goods return and replacement.
