1.Respond the incoming calls and emails from customers on products ordering enquiries.2.Enter sales order, prepare invoice and arrange daily goods delivery with local, outstation & oversea transporter. Prepare price quotation, advise order quality/forecast and inform ordering schedule to customers and update price list in SBO system. Allocate goods and ensure correct item and quantity is picked and packed by warehouse.3.Follow up customer payment, cheque collection and bank in during month end. Liaise with customers on any defective/damaged goods return and replacement.
