1. Human Resources (HR)- Manage employee lifecycle operations (recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, exits).- Oversee payroll, benefits, and labor compliance via external service provider.- Attend regional/global HR web meetings and contribute to group-level initiatives.- Propose and implement improvements to HR systems and employee benefit programs to align with company needs and market practices.2.
