*Employee Relations- Promote employee participation through employee organizations, such as organizing meetings with the labor union, employee committee, cafeteria committee, welfare committee, etc.- Monitor and evaluate activities that promote positive employer–employee relations, such as sports events, merit-making ceremonies, birthday parties, and initiatives to improve the workplace environment and facilities.- Review, control, and supervise the implementation of work rules, orders, regulations, announcements, and work manuals.- Collect and analyze data to support negotiations, submission of demands, and the prevention and resolution of complaints.*General Administrative - Prepare monthly action plans, set timelines and objectives, and ensure tasks are completed according to the established plan.- Follow up on work progress and coordinate with internal and external parties, such as government agencies, business partners, contractors (cafeteria staff, housekeeping, security guards, gardeners, drivers, shuttle bus services, etc.).- Prepare and control documentation to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.- Improve and standardize work procedures to ensure transparency and auditability.- Control budgets and verify administrative expenses for accuracy.- Control and review contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and update them as necessary.- Arrange travel logistics, including flight tickets, accommodation, hotels, and lunch arrangements.- Plan and manage matters related to BOI (Board of Investment) promotion privileges.- Perform other duties as assigned.*Corporate & Government Liaison- Supervise and manage the submission of signboard tax and property tax, as well as payments for licenses related to hazardous business operations.- Control and plan documentation related to the Industrial Estate Authority and applications for various licenses.
