  - Develop, review, and improve the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to align with business strategy, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  - Identify, assess, analyze, and monitor key organizational risks, including insurance, market, credit, liquidity, operational, strategic, compliance, and emerging risks.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and establish risk mitigation plans.
  - Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), prepare risk reports, and present findings to executives, the Risk Management Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  - Support the preparation of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), including stress testing and scenario analysis, in accordance with Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) requirements.
  - Monitor adherence to the Risk Appetite Framework and risk tolerance levels, and report instances where risk exceeds established limits.
  - Coordinate with Actuarial, Finance, Investment, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business units to support effective risk management.
  - Monitor changes to laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the life insurance business, and assess their impact on the organization.
  - Promote a risk management culture through consultation, communication, and employee training.
  - Support the development of risk management systems, tools, and processes to improve effectiveness and align with international standards.
