Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential tenants for the new Mall, with a strong focus on Thai-origin businesses including restaurants, cafés, and retail shops.
- Handle and follow up on inbound leasing inquiries from prospective tenants (approximately 30% of total activities).
- Proactively research, approach, and invite potential tenants that align with the mall’s concept and target customer profile.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to approach business owners directly, when applicable, to introduce leasing opportunities.
- Conduct tenant presentations, explain leasing terms, shop layouts, and mall concepts to prospective tenants.
- Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential tenants until lease agreement stage.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and tenant acquisition updates for Japanese management.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Japanese sales staff, to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and communication.
- Support tenant mix planning to enhance the overall attractiveness and competitiveness of the mall.

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Ability to proactively identify business opportunities and approach potential clients independently
【Advantage】
- Have work experience in Real Estate, Condominium Sales, Selling Land, Rental Property or related field
- Interest in retail, food & beverage, and shopping mall businesses is an advantage
- Good command of English
