    -Recruitment support client: Manage and monitor to supply Manpower to client to achieve KPIs target
    -Recruitment for internal: Manage and monitor to Participate/update Monthly KPIs Meeting
    -Recruit, interview, test and select qualified employees for Head of Department level Draft,
    -Review Employment contact to ensure all agreement comply with Labor Law
    -Terminate employment contract employee, who do not pass probation
    -Summarizing HR monthly report such as headcount, manpower movement etc.
    -Ensure all employee documents, files were keep properly to comply with PDPA Law
    -Ensure all document, files of employee were up to date
    -Draft/Review/follow yearly Action Plan, participate weekly meeting
    -Draft/Review/Update Organization chart
    -Manage and set up HR policies, rules & regulations to support the business
    -Attend Monthly, Weekly Meeting to update Manpower report, KPIs, Action plan Identify area of improvement
    for HR Management system and propose action
    -Set up Training program propose to Management to proceed Training
    -Set up, review, implement career path for all positions
    -Set up, review, implement successor plan for key position Monitor, follow up Training plan
    -Review update Organization chart, job description
    -Manage, review about Benefits program such as Insurance, Allowance, Provident fund to propose to Management
    -Responsible for compensations & benefits of the whole organization Review, verify accuracy of Payroll and allowance before paid.
    -Manage, review, monitor company policies, regulation, to make sure all of these policies are well implement
    -Set up Activities, policies propose to -Management to increase good employee relation
    -Draft, review new regulation, policies to implement with employee
    -Manage, review, implement and follow up Employee performance Management Monitor,
    -Set up plan for Employees who nearly to get retirement and follow up Employee who under extension contract
    -Prepare, summarize report of Performance evaluation, set up
    -Draft, Review policy for annually salary increment and Bonus paid policy to propose to Management
    -Prepare, estimate budget for annually HR expenses. Manage, follow up of budget spending

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    -Experience : At least 10 years’ experience in an HR function and at least 5 years of management experience.
    -Must: in the Oil & Gas industry, Project Bidding , Recruit Agency or a related field)
    -Education: Bachelor's Degree holder related to Human Resources Management
    -Good command of written and spoken English
    -Experience using Microsoft Offices and Microsoft Outlook
    -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people of all level in an organization.
    -Knowledge in Labor Laws is an advantage
