- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.- Recruit both corporate employees and store-based staff.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.- Source candidates through online job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.- Maintain recruitment records and HR documentation.- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
