  -With the Director, develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures
  attainment of company sales goals and profitability whilst upholding leadership position within the market.
  - Identify overseas market opportunities and plan for overseas tradeshows
  - Direct management and accountability for all overseas Key Accounts
  - Provides monthly reporting as required to Director regarding performance.
  - Be the Technical interface between the customer and company in order to increase
  sales, gain new business and gain market share.
  - To establish and develop professional business relationships with overseas distributors
  - Prepare sales budget and analysis, achieve sales target and monitor P&L.
