    Based on investment requests from investors, search, evaluate and contact target companies in
    order to find suitable targets with respect to strategic fit, financial performance, and growth
    potential.
    o Management of cold call team: Manage the cold call team's long list creation, cold
    calling, bulk email outreach activities to ensure they meet the targets.
    o Necessary corresponding with the target companies to obtain necessary information
    (e.g. audited financial statements).
    o Proactively identify potential M&A opportunities through various channels, including
    market research, industry events, and networking.
    o Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including investment banks,
    advisory firms, and other intermediaries.

    o Work closely with business partners to source potential investors, negotiate terms, and
    facilitate deal execution.

    M&A consulting
    o Consulting M&A clients and gathering all necessary data throughout the M&A process.
    o Creation of deliverables such as Non-name sheet, Information Memorandum, and
    valuation.

    - Bachelor's degree or higher
    - Excellent English Level
    - 3 - 5 years of experience in sales or consulting firm

    - Have knowledge/understanding of M&A business and industry dynamics
