1. Develop new business opportunities and secure bookings from Chinese customers.
2. Identify new business opportunities in Thailand market.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese customers.
4. Act as a key contact point between China office, TM, and Thailand offices.
5. Promote our services to existing and potential clients in Thailand and China.
6. Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities.
7. Provide insights and reports to HQ and local management on regional sales performance.
8. Identify and recommend strategies for market penetration and customer retention.
9. Act as a bridge between Chinese-speaking clients and Thai offices.
10. Coordinate with China office to render good service to Chinese exporters/importers.
11. Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs.
12. Translate business requirements and communications between Mandarin and Thai/English-speaking teams.
13. Maintain regular contact and visit with key customers.
14. Coordinate with operations and Customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in Logistic industrial
• High understanding of the Shipping business including marketing/ Trade understanding.
• Good communicator and negotiation both in Chinese and English proficiency
• Good people management skills to manage and motivate Team members
• Strong Problem Solving & Planning and Organization skillsความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
