- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet targets.
- Create product marketing plans to boost consumer awareness and demand.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing ones.
- Attend trade shows and travel as needed.
- Manage marketing budget and coordinate promotional activities.
- Analyze P&L and control marketing expenses.
- Report sales performance to management regularly.
- Lead and support the team to achieve goals.
- Work well under pressure with a positive, responsible attitude.
- Provide language translation when needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Japanese N2
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in B2B or the ASEAN market
- Strong understanding of the ASEAN business environment and cultural dynamics
