  Department: International Express
  The responsibility of this position : To increase the sales revenue of the sales department
  Work Ratio: Sales Activities (70%) , Operation management(30%)
  *Subject to change based on business performance and other factors.
  ■Sales Activity (70%)
  - Develop strategies to expand existing customers (a total of 360 companies, including 30 key clients) and acquire new customers.
  *Note: This person will also engage in sales activities as needed.*
  - Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  - Manage and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  - Coordinate with the delivery team and other departments to enhance service efficiency.
  - Collaborate with overseas branches and sub-agents to resolve issues and improve operations.
  ■Operation management(30%)
  - Oversee and support the administrative team to ensure smooth operations.
  - Coordinate with internal departments, delivery teams, and overseas branches for efficient service execution.
  - Solve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies and international logistics standards.
