  [Department] Electronic Materials Sales Department
  [Products] Semiconductor encapsulation materials: epoxy molding compound, die-bonding paste, die-bonding film, and tape
  
  - Plan marketing activities and achieve annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
  - Maintain relationships with current customers and coordinate with customers and the factory to meet their targets and requirements for price, specifications, and technology.
  - Identify new opportunities and develop new customers to increase market share.
  - Monitor customers, markets, and competitors; work with the team to adjust pricing and provide sales reports and analyses.
  - Support the sales assistant and sales coordinator teams with delivery-related issues.
  - Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and new customers to build customer satisfaction and business partnerships.
  - Perform other duties as assigned.
