Job Description
- Respond to inbound inquiries within 24 hours.- Prepare quotations and actively follow up with clients by phone and email to close orders (purchase orders).- Accurately enter data and manage deliveries in the ERP system.- Provide Japanese–Thai and Japanese–English interpretation during online sales and technical meetings, and accompany the MD and engineers on on-site client visits approximately one or two times per month.- Coordinate with Japan headquarters and ASEAN clients by email in Japanese and English regarding deliveries, pricing, and international shipping, including shipping providers and import/export documents.- Translate documents between Japanese, Thai, and English, and compile data for the Japanese MD and managers.
