  • Job Description

    - Respond to inbound inquiries within 24 hours.
    - Prepare quotations and actively follow up with clients by phone and email to close orders (purchase orders).
    - Accurately enter data and manage deliveries in the ERP system.
    - Provide Japanese–Thai and Japanese–English interpretation during online sales and technical meetings, and accompany the MD and engineers on on-site client visits approximately one or two times per month.
    - Coordinate with Japan headquarters and ASEAN clients by email in Japanese and English regarding deliveries, pricing, and international shipping, including shipping providers and import/export documents.
    - Translate documents between Japanese, Thai, and English, and compile data for the Japanese MD and managers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Business-level English proficiency
    - Bachelor's degree or higher
    - Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above
    - At least one year of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or sales administration at a B2B trading or manufacturing company
