Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Executive to lead and drive their motor insurance sales team. The role is responsible for both individual sales performance and managing a small telesales team to achieve company targets.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell various types of motor insurance policies to both new and renewal customers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.- Assess customer needs and risks to recommend the most suitable insurance plans.- Clearly explain policy details, coverage conditions, premiums, and benefits to customers.- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotations, applications, and premium collections.- Follow up with customers on policy renewals and provide prompt assistance for inquiries or complaints.- Keep updated on motor insurance products, regulations, and market trends.- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.- Provide leadership in guiding, coaching, and developing the sales team.
