  • Job Description

    - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
    - Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
    - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
    - Prepare quotations, sales documents, and reports.
    - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
    - Follow up on sales activities, projects, and customer requirements.
    - Provide product information and technical support to customers.
    - Conduct customer visits and business meetings as required.
    - Support other sales-related activities assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field.
    - 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales.
    - Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1–N2 level.
    - Business-level English communication skills.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
    - Customer-oriented with good relationship-building skills.
    - Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
    - Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
