    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
    • Visit customers to understand their needs and present company products and services.
    • Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
    • Source and select suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.
    • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries.
    • Control procurement costs within project budgets.
    • Coordinate with Engineering, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders on projects.
    • Support projects involving electrical systems, control panels, and automation.
    • Monitor project progress, customer satisfaction, and delivery schedules.
    • Prepare sales, procurement, and project status reports.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field only.
    • 2–5 years of experience in sales, procurement, or project-related roles.
    • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, electrical control panels, machinery, or automation systems. Able to read and understand electrical drawings and technical information.
    • Able to prepare quotations, compare prices, and control project costs.
    • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Willing to travel for customer visits, site surveys, or supplier meetings.


    Advantage:
    • Experience with electrical control panels, PLC, MCC, MDB, or Automation systems
    • Good English communication skills
