  • Job Description

    - Set and achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market share targets.
    - Develop sales and marketing strategies for ophthalmology products such as Glanatec, Glaualpha, and Avansee.
    - Lead the Sales and Marketing teams and improve team performance.
    - Build strong relationships with KOLs, ophthalmologists, hospitals, and government institutions.
    - Drive hospital listing, product adoption, tenders, and market access.
    - Manage distributors and business partners such as DKSH.
    - Manage the business P&L, budget, pricing, and expenses.
    - Work closely with Medical, Regulatory, QA, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments.
    - Ensure all business activities comply with Thai FDA and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - More than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
    - More than 10 years of experience in ophthalmology, with strong knowledge and practical experience in sales and marketing.
    - Proven management experience overseeing sales and marketing teams, including Sales Managers, Medical Representatives (MRs), and Product Managers.
    - Experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, business planning, budgeting, sales forecasting, P&L, and KPI management.
    - Business-level English or higher.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience with glaucoma, IOL, cataract, or ophthalmic medical devices.
    - Experience in a role similar to Business Unit Head, Commercial Head, Business Unit Lead, or Commercial Lead, with P&L responsibility.
    - Experience working in ASEAN or multinational companies.
