  • Job Description

    1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Manage manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
    • Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
    • Oversee onboarding and probation evaluation processes.
    2. Payroll & Compensation & Benefits
    • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, provident fund, insurance, and statutory contributions.
    • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data accuracy.
    3. Employee Relations
    • Maintain positive employee relations and handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor-related matters.
    • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
    • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
    4. Talent Development & Succession Planning
    • Develop training and employee development programs to support business objectives.
    • Drive performance management and succession planning for key and managerial positions.
    • Identify and develop high-potential employees to support future leadership needs.
    5. General Administration
    • Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
    • Manage administrative budgets and ensure smooth daily operations.
    6. External Coordination & Compliance
    • Coordinate with government authorities, BOI, and external auditors on HR and compliance matters.
    • Support work permit and visa processes for expatriates.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
    7. HR Management
    • Lead and develop the HR & Administration team.
    • Support management with HR planning, workforce analysis, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must Have
    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR management role within a trading or manufacturing company.
    • Business-level English communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of ISO standards and/or BOI regulations would be an advantage.
