    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Business Process Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in enterprise AI adoption and knowledge transformation initiatives across Thailand. Positioned at the core of our consulting practice, this role bridges strategic advisory with hands-on project execution, combining client-facing engagement, AI-enabled process design, and tacit knowledge structuring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. AI Transformation Consulting & Delivery
    • Drive AI adoption and business transformation projects from planning through execution
    • Identify, evaluate, and design practical AI use cases aligned with client business objectives
    • Design AI-enabled workflows, process improvements, and operating models
    • Conduct operational research, benchmarking, and business analysis to support transformation initiatives
    • Support enterprise-wide AI adoption roadmaps, including change management and organizational readiness activities

    2. Tacit Knowledge Structuring & Digitization
    • Analyze business operations to identify and capture critical tacit knowledge domains
    • Conduct structured interviews, workshops, and knowledge-elicitation sessions with business users and management
    • Transform operational know-how into reusable, standardized digital knowledge assets
    • Contribute to the development of AI-ready knowledge frameworks, taxonomies, and digital repositories

    3. Client Engagement & Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project sponsors, and key stakeholders
    • Facilitate and co-lead workshops, training sessions, and strategic discussions
    • Communicate project status, findings, recommendations, and transformation approaches clearly and confidently
    • Prepare high-quality presentations, deliverables, and documentation for client-facing engagements
    • Deliver all communications and presentations proficiently in English

    4. AI Enablement & Impact Measurement
    • Lead and support AI enablement, training, and capability-building activities for client teams
    • Research, curate, and organize practical AI use cases and industry best practices
    • Support testing, piloting, and deployment of AI-enabled tools and workflows
    • Define and track AI utilization metrics, adoption rates, and business impact assessments

    5. Engineering & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with AI, data science, and systems engineering teams
    • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
    • Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities, PoC execution, and issue resolution
    • Liaise effectively with global and Japan-based teams in English

    6. Business Development & Thought Leadership
    • Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and client presentations
    • Participate in AI thought leadership activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives
    • Support relationship-building with ecosystem partners, academic institutions, and professional communities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
    • 3–7 years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, or related fields
    • Proven experience in DX initiatives, process improvement, or IT implementation
    • Proven experience in client communication, delivering presentations, and stakeholder management in project settings
    • Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal)

    • Hands-on experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, LLM, or generative AI-related projects
    • Domain knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or shared services
    • Change management experience or certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
