You will work closely with firm leadership, have client relationships at the senior stakeholder level, and play a defining role in growing the Digital Transformation practice.【Responsibilities】・ Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation engagements — leading project teams of up to 5 consultants, setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring quality outcomes・ Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the engagement・ Drive commercial growth — leading business development efforts, shaping proposals, developing client pitches, and selling follow-on work with existing and new clients・ Direct analysis of business challenges, customer needs, operating model gaps, technology opportunities, and transformation priorities・ Spearhead solution design across digital strategy, customer experience, CRM, platform transformation, data, AI, and technology operating models・ Shape future-state operating models, customer journeys, digital capabilities, business cases, and implementation roadmaps・ Lead executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions with senior client teams・ Oversee project delivery activities, including planning, coordination, risk management, quality assurance, and executive reporting・ Mentor and develop team, taking an active role in coaching, performance management, and career development・ Stay ahead of digital, customer experience, CRM, data, AI, cloud, and platform trends, translating insights into new service offerings and client value

You will work closely with experienced consultants and Managers, take ownership of workstreams, and play a growing role in shaping how clients solve their most complex digital and technology challenges.【Responsibilities】・ Lead workstreams within client engagements across digital strategy and transformation programs・ Manage day-to-day client stakeholder interactions, serving as a key point of contact for assigned workstreams・ Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify business issues, root causes, opportunities, and technology-enabled solutions・ Translate business requirements into digital, customer, platform, data, and technology operating model recommendations・ Design future-state operating models, customer journeys, digital capabilities, and implementation roadmaps across Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Service, and CX functions・ Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions with client teams・ Develop client-ready presentations, strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans・Support project management activities, including planning, coordination, risk tracking, quality assurance, and deliverable ownership・ Mentor junior consultants by providing guidance on analysis, client communication, and professional development・ Support business development by helping shape proposal content, identify follow- on opportunities, and develop reusable practice knowledge・ Stay current on emerging digital, customer experience, CRM, data, AI, and platform trends, and translate insights into client value
