    - Coordinate between Sales and Production teams
    - Communicate in Japanese (interpretation and translation)

    - Confirm and share order details internally
    - Monitor and adjust production schedules
    - Manage delivery timelines and shipment coordination
    - Prepare documents (quotations, purchase orders, reports, etc.)
    - Support issue resolution and problem-solving
    - Maintain data and prepare reports related to sales and production
    - Ensure smooth overall business operations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any filed
    - Experience in Sales and Production support/management.
    - Business skill in Japanese (spoken and written). N2 or higher
    - Conversation level in English
    - Can commute
