• Job Description

  - Develop production plans (Production Plan Report) in collaboration with suppliers based on customer forecasts and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  - Analyze customer forecasts and demand trends, follow up on order plan changes, and adjust production plans in accordance with current market conditions.
  - Coordinate and negotiate with customers regarding production plans, delivery schedules, order quantities, and related supply chain matters.
  - Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers to adjust production plans, volumes, and delivery schedules to meet changing customer requirements.
  - Prepare and compile reports, documentation, and data requested by customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  - Prepare product labels, identification tags, and shipping documentation in compliance with individual customer standards and requirements.
  - Plan and control raw material procurement, coordinating purchasing activities to meet production requirements and prevent material shortages.
  - Monitor raw material status and supplier production capacities to ensure target production schedules and deliveries are maintained.
  - Manage and control inventory levels (Inventory Control) in alignment with company policies and agreed customer stock levels.
  - Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant product shipments according to customer specifications.
  - Monitor and analyze potential risks or issues affecting production, delivery, and inventory, proposing proactive corrective and preventive actions.
  - Prepare reports, data analysis, and performance presentations on production planning, inventory management, and deliveries for management.
  - Drive Kaizen and Continuous Improvement activities to optimize operational efficiency, reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower costs.
  - Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
