  • Job Description

    - Implement, maintain, and enforce all HR policies covering recruitment, promotion, transfer, personnel administration, and industrial/employee relations.
    - Lead recruitment for supervisory to management levels, manage internal/external vacancies, maintain applicant databases, conduct interviews, and ensure manpower plans meet organizational needs.
    - Oversee payroll administration, salary and wage management, conduct market salary surveys, and manage benefits, workers’ compensation, and insurance claims.
    - Administer probation and annual appraisal systems, monitor performance reviews, and ensure timely and accurate evaluation processes.
    - Prepare monthly and period-end HR reports including manpower control, turnover, resignations, leave trends, and recruitment status for management review.
    - Ensure effective internal communication through newsletters, notice boards, meetings, and surveys; administer associate opinion surveys and support action plans.
    - Support orientation programs, assist in career development planning, training coordination, and development of HR staff capabilities.
    - Handle expatriate visa and work permit processes, maintain confidential employee records, and ensure compliance with labor and immigration regulations.
    - Monitor workplace safety programs, safety training, workers’ compensation, and rehabilitation programs in compliance with legal and company requirements.
    - Develop and update HR strategic plans, prepare HR and manpower budgets, participate in HR leadership meetings, and advise executives on HR and industrial relations matters.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.
    - Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
    - At least 5 years of experience in HRM & HRD in Management Level
    - Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
    - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers, both verbally and written.
