  • Job Description

    • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve personal revenue targets by promoting and selling appropriate company's solutions, preparing tailored proposals and contracts, and establishing sustainable revenue streams

    • Develop and Manage Customer Relationships: Identify and engage potential clients, nurture existing accounts, conduct regular visits, and serve as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

    • Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Define customer- or project-specific value propositions with cross-functional input, and present convincing solutions through effective presentations

    • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies, share market insights, and ensure smooth execution of projects and services

    • Maintain Market and CRM Intelligence: Keep accurate records in the CRM system, monitor competitor activities, and follow company guidelines to support data-driven decision-making and compliance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any fields with related experiences
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading AutoCAD and interpreting technical drawings
    • Language Skills: Good English speaking skills (TOEIC score not required)
    • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Hunter-style sales experience in construction products and related industries (required)
    • Site Experience: Prior experience working at construction sites or previous experience as a Site Engineer
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction and infrastructure sectors
    • Sales Competencies: Excellent communication skills, confident presentation, and persistence in long, relationship-driven sales cycles
