Job Description
- Responsible for commercial business growth. Set sales goal and direction to sales team and ensure the goals are achieved
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth.
- Identify areas of the organization that can be expanded and developed.
- Manage and Build relationships with clients and contractors.
- Monitor local and federal regulations that might affect business growth.
- Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
- Set sales direction to team members.
- Submit sales report to HQ biweekly and other reports required.
- Ensure team member to follow company rules and regulations. Identify team members key issue and develop solution to ensure smooth workflow
- Solve customer issues and complaints to improve brand image.
- Develop a close relationship with key accounts from every sales channels.
- Anticipate market trend and adjust strategies to ensure sales growth.
- Liaise with MD, HQ, sales admin, warehouse, logistics, accounting, services team and marketing to achieve sale goal and customers satisfaction
- Report; Pipeline report, Purchase quota, Purchase forecast.
- Weekly plan / Monthly plan / Annual plan and budget.
- CRM Management; Check / Audit; Activity, Loss project, Neglected A/C, Gym management report.
- Manage Sales Team Hunter/ Farmer.
- Keep track of product order / order / ETD / Set up schedule.
Qualifications
Requirement
- 10 Years in sales and marketing.
- Fluent in English for writing , listening and speaking.
- Proven track record of sales, Project management, leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skillsEnglish Level
