• Job Description

  - Manage the HR department
  - Design and implement HR policies, strategies, and workforce planning.
  - Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
  - Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, welfare regulations, and BOI labor requirements.
  - Supervise HR staff and ensure effective HR operations.
  - Other tasks assigned
