Job Description
- Identify and acquire new business partners such as digital platforms, start-ups, brokers, and ASEAN-based insurers.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and new market entry.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Initiate co-creation of new insurance products and alternative distribution models.
- Build business cases, negotiate agreements, and ensure long-term partnership success.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of new business projects.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or strategic partnership management, preferably in the life insurance or fintech sector.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and innovation-driven approach.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and market dynamics in Thailand & ASEAN.
- LOMA certification or actuarial understanding will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.English Level
