    Recruitment & Workforce Planning
    -Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract and secure top talent that matches each function’s needs.
    -Conduct workforce analysis and provide forward-looking manpower planning to support organizational agility and future business expansion.

    Employee Engagement & Retention
    -Drive employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives to strengthen organizational values.
    -Analyze data from Exit Interviews and Engagement Surveys to develop effective retention strategies.
    -Take a proactive role in preventing conflicts and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
    -Minimum 3 years experiences in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement.
    -Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
